how do i get item description in the statements??

We buy a lot of bits on ebay, and use paypal to pay for it. 

We need the item description to show on the paypal statement..it makes reconciliation much easier.

It used to be there but has now disappeared and simply says something like 'ebay transaction' on all lines...hardly useful fro allocating costs to a category...

Any thoughts

Welcome back! Great question. When you're downloading your activity, there should be an option to "Customize Report Fields". If you click there, you should see the option for "Auction Details". If you click that, does that give you the information you were looking for?

Sadly not...allit puts in the field is Payment Amount....most annoying

Can you try using the web browser instead of the app? Please make sure to use different browsers.
