When I click the DOWNLOAD HISTORY button, nothing happens - the page is busy for a while as if a file is being generated, but then no download, no error. I've had this problem for many months now; it seems clear that I'm doing the right operations but nothing happens. I've searched and found no useful help; am I alone in this?
1) Click the ACTIVITY tab - last 30 days transactions should appear by default
2) Click the DOWNLOAD link
3) Click the DOWNLOAD HISTORY button
