customer list

SO paypal offers a tab called customers. when you click on it, it give you the list of every transaction since your account inception. they are listed alphabetically. for some reason it stops at 500 names. any ideas how you can view the rest of them? they are not even the oldest names. just the first 500 from the end of the alphabet . just randomly stops at 500 customers. any help would be greatly appreciated

As an option, try exporting your account transaction history.

* Login to your account.
* Click "Activity"
* Under "Simple" "Detailed"
* Click on "Statements"
* Click on "Activity export"
* Select "Custom Date Range"
* Select your "From" and "To" Dates
* Under the Format drop down - Select "CSV"
* Click "Create Report"
* When the report is completed - click "Download"

What this process does is export your history to a CSV file, you can then use an app like Excel to sort, view, create and print your own reports.
