The download options that are described in the help center do not appear in my browser window. I've called tech support three (four?) times and keep getting different responses. They tell me they will email me my transaction history, but nothing ever arrives. They also tell me that some day, when my ability to download my transaction history is restored, I will only be able to go back about six months and for anything beyond that, I will need to call and request it be mailed to me, which will take 72 hours. Really???
