activity download

Anyone having trouble with "Activity Download" Reporting?

I have not been able to get any reports for the last 24 hours...

This always seems to be an ongoing problem. Here is is again, the beginning of the month, and have not been able to download any activity. Stuck in processing for the last day or so.

Always seems to be a recurring issue. very frustrating.

I figured a work around method. 

1) transfer some funds out of PayPal account to the bank.

2) then, I immediately go to : Activity and request a download report, and

3) guess what, it works, the email and download report is available immediately!

But why we have to transfer money before generating the activity report remains a mystery, looks to be a PayPal technical problem!

WOW!  This DID work for me:

Not so lucky here, I tried it and now I have one more report pending.

Oh hey, I spoke too soon! I checked my email just now and it showed me the last report I requested was ready to download, and I logged back in, and confirmed it's there! The other 2 remained stuck possibly forever, but thanks again!

Glad it worked for you. my reports were stuck for 48 hrs. or more. It used to be instantaneous. (or at least a minute or two) But no more. Ridiculous in my opinion.

It says there is a solution to this issue but I can not find the solution. How has this issue been solved? I have a report sitting there since 3/1 and still nothing.

We're having this issue as well since March 2nd. I think it was due to a huge increase in transactions last month but no idea.

This is pretty obnoxious having limited access to reporting. That is crucial in my opinion.
