Your preferred payment method is set

Without my consent PayPal changed the preferred method of making a payment from my paypal balance to my back up credit cards. My question to the Community is Paypal allowed to do that?

it Happens to me to but I just make sure I always put Paypal Balance (MANAULY) especially for Ebay

sometimes not all places accepts Paypal but since I have a Paypal Bank Card & I don't have other banks linked in I don't find it a problem.

I think it's automatic I have always seen that happened to me that I got use to it.

don't forget where you shop matters make sure it's (Paypal) compatible if not it's just going to find your bank card as the 2nd choice that you put in as a Link Bank to charged.
