Hello, I am a new PayPal user and I've recently received a transaction.
I was trying to withdraw my PayPal credited amout through the linked Visa/Bank accounts, I tried also to link another Visa card, all of these actions are being declined without any reason.
I tried to contact support many times and and I was never referred to a human customer care agent. After one of these trials to withdraw my amount I was directed to upload verification documents and before I complete the same my account was completely suspended.
I've also contacted the askPayPal X account and I'm waiting for response.
