Purchased item was not as described at all. Paid $27.76 USD. Opened a dispute with PayPal yesterday, only refunded $.076c USD and they closed my case! Could be a mistake, tried to message PayPal to inform possible role and want to reopen case for full refund but automated message would allow me. What is alternative way to contact ppl to inform?
