Someone did a unauthorized transaction on my PayPal of 49 euro and because of this PayPal is not clearing my 1000$. This was a advance payment of my supplier and now I am in debt. PayPal want to hold euro payment they can hold but why my rest money is on hold ???? This is how I will run business ??? Where I am wrong even I am not being able to return that person money please guide me I want my 1000$
