Why did my PayPal account name change for Quicken download?

When I perform a Quicken transaction download from my PayPal account, I'm seeing a completely new and strange name for PayPal.  I've talked to Quicken and they seem to think that something has changed with my PayPal account on the PayPal end, not in Quicken.  It does appear that Quicken is able to reach the PayPal account and download transactions, although I have had no activity in some time (so I can't really be sure about updating).  

In the image below, please note that somehow the account has been named to "ZZZ-PayPal OLD."  How does this happen and is there a way to rename it to something more simple?

Thanks for the referral.  Too bad Quicken Support didn't have this answer when I called.  Pretty bad service.
