First of all, shouldn't we have been given notice about the new tax reporting guidelines sooner?
Secondly, my notice said I received more than 600.00 in payments for goods and services, yet I can't get the tax form to open. I need to make sure this report is accurate.
In my old PayPal account, I got the exact same thing when clearly 1) I'm not a business and 2) some money I did receive under Family & Friends as a gift. All I can say is what the hell.
