What taxes PayPal apply when you sell on eBay

I am trying to understand what taxes PayPal apply when you sell on eBay
using your account to be paid.

If you are based in the USA, sales tax will be applied and collected by eBay and will be documented on PayPal for each transaction. Warning: the way they tabulate the refund of the sales taxes are wonky currently and it's being looked at by eBay:

Otherwise, in general PayPal fees will be deducted and any applicable currency exchange/conversion fees may apply.

eBay will send you an invoice for their fees every month and you pay that separately.
