What is haoling?

I had to show my history with ebay for a financial purpose and apparently the word "haoling" appeared and I am being asked what it is. Damned if I know and I can't find any reference to it, does anyone have an idea what it is?

So a search of your email inbox for any email receipts with that word in it that can provide more info. Cross reference the transaction date too.
