1. Our 1099 for 2020 DOES NOT show up. Only 2019 and earlier is available in our account
2. Called support. They had no idea what a 1099 is & gave me a "Paypal 1099 support number" IT WAS AN IRS TELEPHONE NUMBER
3. Called again. They could not figure it out and promised that I will be sent a copy of my 1099 - NOPE
4. Called again. same thing. NOTHING
IT HAS BEEN THREE months now. No 1099, no case listed even thought the last person gave me a case.
As I write this I am on support text for 1/2 hour and no one is responding.
I have been a member of Paypal for over 10 years. All these calls are recorded and if the support answers were not so stupid they would be really fun. I will post the recordings next week on my youtube channel. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. So sad
