What am I supposed to do with my monthly GST tax invoice as a student in India?

Hi,
I'm a student in India, and I recently started receiving international payments in USD for working as freelance Graphic Designer.
I just received an email telling me that my monthly GST tax invoice is ready and available to download. Clicking on it, I see that I've been charged a little over 700 rupees for the month of July.
I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with this - do I have to pay this to the tax authorities? do I just ignore it? or did Paypal already deduct this amount when converting and transferring my payments etc.
I don't know much when it comes to GST and taxes, especially as a student who just started earning some money through freelance work, so I'm a little confused.
Looking for answers that can clarify this, thanks.
