What / Where is "Reconciliation Report"

Hello,

 

Help about the 1099-K form refers to a reconciliation report. Is that a ready to run report in PayPal somewhere? I have not found it.

I would like to know as well. I received one in 2018 with my 1099k but as of this year so far it just shows the 1099k for 2020 but not the 1099k reconciliation report for 2020. I desperately need that to get to reconciling.  😕
