WHat to do with Paypal tax invoice?

Hello, I am a novice when it comes to taxes. I get monthly GST tax invoice for my one-person business. I don't know what I have to do with it, do I have to put it somewhere when I file my GST return? And does it mean I have to pay GST again to the government? (Less than 1 lakh Indian rupees total monthly return)

Paypal also not cleared about it, what should I do with this? Should I needed to pay it OR is is already paid?

Nothing is clear from Paypal. very unresponsive this types of invoices.
