Hello everyone, I received this message in submitting W-8BEN-E form. And then, I have uploaded [removed] times. Since I am using e-signature, hence PayPal required for me to timestamp using ADOBE software. Questions is, how could my signature(first time submitting to PayPal hence they have got no records) and the date (auto generated from ADOBE software) is invalid?
"The signature and/or date is invalid on your form." This is the rejection reasons from PayPal to proceed with my account.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to submit your W-8BEN-E form. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to upload again. If the issue persists, please reach out to our team through available contact options at the bottom of PayPal site.
