How can I request a VAT invoice from a supplier I have paid via Paypal?

Thanks for posting your question in our Community :). 

You would have to contact the seller in order to get a VAT invoice. If you go to the payment it will show you the email address of the seller. You can use that if there is no contact information on the seller's website.
