We are a small publisher in the UK and have been selling books for a number of years now. Suddenly Paypal have started to deduct VAT. We are not registered for VAT and as we sell books it isn't relevant anyway. How can I stop this happening and claim back the money owed to us? Any help with this gratefully received. Carol
