I cannot reach anyone from the PayPal Customer Service center either by phone or online. It re-routes me to the help center to leave a message
but I cannot access it.
It keeps stating "
Our apologies, but messages are currently unavailable.
Please close this window and select another contact option."
I have a critical message waiting for me to respond regarding tax reporting that I badly need to obtain but cannot get the help I need.
Can anyone help?
