Two Ebay transactions payments I made in August through the same automatic payment method I've been using for several months have not shown up in my Paypal account even though they are showing up as paid through my bank account. Before anyone says I must have checked out as a guest I followed the same procedure as on other Ebay payments as I've been using for the last few months by selecting payment by Paypal wherupon all my Paypal account details show up and then hit 'pay. One of the items has not arrived and I want a refund and customer service appears to be out of reach at the moment
