Trouble Accessing Tax Information for 2020

Greetings, Paypal Community!

  I'm writing to check if anyone else is having trouble accessing their 2020 tax documentation. After accessing my PayPal account, clicking on the "Activity" and "Statements" links, clicking on the "Tax Documents" link, all that I receive is the "downloading" circle that never fully resolves to any observable content (my tax information). Does anyone have any information why my tax documents won't completely load to where I can observe them - please and thank you?

There is another post about this where 34 people have said they are also having the issue. PayPal is literally making it impossible to report our taxes.
