Transfer balance details

I am trying to reconcile my paypal transactions with deposits to my bank account but where is show a transfer to bank there is no detail of which transactions the transfer is made up of. It may be a number of different sales. Is there an easy way to show which transactions and fees are included in a transfer rather than having to work out each one, one by one!

PayPal does not track which sales transactions are included in a given withdrawal at all. You can only just reconcile the amount transferred from PayPal to bank on your bank statement. You can probably find any withdrawal fees charged in the withdraw transactions in the PayPal account activity.

You can download a Activity Report as csv then open it up on a spreadsheet to work it all out yourself.

Dashboard > Activity > All Reports > Activity Download

Be sure to select your custom report fields.
