I am trying to do my VAT return properly. If the customer from Jersey or outside of the EU, I don't have to pay HMRC VAT. I can filter those sales easily from the country code and postcode.
But if I have an item refunded, in the Paypal transaction report, it only shows the refund amount without the country and address. That means I don't know the refund is VAT inclusive or not unless I manually trace back to the original payment record which is impossibe to do if you have large amout transcations each day.
Any chance when I download the report, it has the address information for the refunded record?
