Transaction history for one person that was more than 3 years ago.

Hello, I need to be able to get a history of transactions (Paypal money transfers) to a specific person. This happened multiple times but it's  been probably about 5 years ago. I'd say the transactions were between 5 and 10 years ago.  When I try to look this up the date range for the look up doesn't work. I'm never able to change it to a date range of about 5 years ago.   Does anybody know how I can look up this info. I need this as soon as possible and any help would be appreciated. I've tried multiple times to talk to a human that might could help but I'm giving up on that idea.   Once again, just hoping to get a history of transactions for one specific person that occurred probably in a period of 5-10 years ago.

However, to go back further than 3 years, you will need to contact our customer service team to request this report!
