Hi All, As seen from the title, my bank account statement has a charge that's not seen in the PayPal account statement. How can I fix this? I've called my bank and they said the transaction went through. From my understanding, it was supposed to be a pre authorization transaction

Based on what you have explained, it sounds like you paid via PayPal as a guest. This would mean you entered your bank/card information manually, instead of logging into your PayPal account. This would be why you cannot see the transaction on your PayPal account.
To view future transactions, simply make sure you login to your PayPal account at the merchants checkout.
