Transaction Report Details

We just moved from Paypal Here to Zettle. We used the card reader to accept payments for products at a tournament.
When I export a report from zettle, I see the transaction details, but there is no customer name included.
I cannot determine which transaction to refund because the person does not have their receipt, so no transaction id. Many of the charges are for the same amount so that is no help. I need to have the name of the customer for each transaction like it was with Paypal Here.
How do I get the names?

You can visit the link here to view steps on how to issue a refund with Zettle. You will need the receipt number in order to determine which transaction to refund.
