Hi, I need to find the transaction ID for a purchase, I've found the item on the activity statement which was just under 7 years ago but there's no transaction numbers on my statements, I've tried the activity>simple/detailed (not on my screen?)>activity report etc as suggested as a fix for someone else but I'm having no joy. There also doesn't seem to be an action when contacting paypal to list it under, very frustrating as I'm aware the clock is ticking for that transaction to become unavailable. I'm working on a Mac if that makes any difference? Any help gratefully received.
