@Facebook ad paid for items using @Paypal think been scammed 

Made me use friends and family method anyway possible Facebook or Paypal

Could refund due to wasn't aware of this at all scamming and not received item

Despite paying for it and showing on my billing and Paypal

You can’t open a dispute for payments sent as “Family and Friends.” You can send a personal payment to reimburse a friend for dinner or to collect money for a gift etc. The Buyer/Purchase Protection program doesn’t apply to personal payments.
