I am being told by PayPal that I will owe taxes on gifts given to my account over the past year, however according to their rules, this will only occur if you have earned $20,000 of revenue or if you exceed 200 transactions, to which I have done neither. Has any one else come up against this and what did you do? Their customer service is a robot so I can’t seem to speak to anyone.
