Tax form for cyrptos

I purchased some crypto and sold some in 2020 and PayPal said I didn't qualify for a 1099k, but just got my taxes done and my accountant said any sale of crypto needs to be reported to the IRS. How do I get the proper tax form so I can file my taxes
