Tax Documents not accessible

I've been unable to access my Paypal business tax documents, a call to a support representative did not provide the promised resolution. Anyone else experiencing this?

When I go to the Tax Docs tab, I'm met with a "

Looks like something went wrong on our end.
Try again later." Error message.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
