Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some road-bocks accessing your history. You can download a report of all your transaction activity for up to the past 7 years into PDF, Quicken, QuickBooks, or as a CSV or TAB file. If you would like a report of your history longer than 7 years ago, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams to see what options are available.
