I received a 1099 from Paypal for the amount of the debt relief they gave me in 2018. I can't find it and I've looked everywhere. I have tried to get it online, but it's not from selling items, so mine is not listed on the website. I've called and spoken to TWO people who try to tell me I won't get a 1099 because I didn't sell enough!! FRUSTRATING! I tell them it's not for selling!! It's for Debt Relief! I cannot get to a person who understands I need them to resend the 1099 they've already issued to me!!
