I have been trying to get this info from Paypal and eBay for a couple of months and I keep getting the runaround from both. I need to be able to access the state each buyer was located in cause I need to single out the buyers located in the same state as my business cause I am undergoing an IRS audit and they requested this info. Please help!!!
