I bought a earscope from this company.

it is not fit for purpose, they never responded to my request  

the product said suitable for Android. I have iPhone.

paypal got address for me to send item back. The seller sent more correspondence and the resolution Center backed the seller.

so I have no goods and refund. I thought PayPal was reputable. But this makes them look  they are involved in the scam.

how do I get to a complaint department. Any ideas
