Set up shipping alert for third party

Hi 

We are based in the UK and so have a third party for filling and sending our orders out, which is based in the US. How can we make sure that they receive notifications of all orders that come in? I can't work it out... PLEASE HELP.

Add/confirm their email address to your PayPal account then use that email address as the one to receive the payments (which of course the funds shows up in your PayPal account but the email notifications will be sent to them). As your email address is still the primary one, you ought to get a copy too. I had my payment email addresses configured like this at one point a LONG, long, long time ago, not sure if PayPal still does this currently. You could try and see if it works.
