Service disruption - History

Hi,

 

Tons of my customers are complaining that their payment to me is not showing up in their transaction history and they receive no receipt via email. However the money has been taken out of their account. As such i cannot prepare their order for delivery and this comes with a lot of clustering of unprocessed orders in my business. I'm wel aware of the paypal update page and that there is a service disruption but how long is this going to take? It's been over 24 hours now with no end in sight. For a multiple billion dollar company this is bloody ridiculous, how hard can it be to fix an issue that reoccurs every couple of months? If this keeps going i'm just simply switching to Skrill and Stripe because they never have issues like this. If paypal doesn't understand that this is seriously hurting businesses then idk what to say.
