I recently purchased an item from ebay, the seller contacted me after numerous messages to him now days later he's ignoring me & I haven't received my item, I checked my bank and noticed he he was paid into his PayPal account by my bank how do I get this back and claim fraud and theft ?

If you have trouble with a purchase, you can communicate directly with your seller by opening a dispute in our Resolution Center.
