Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for reaching out regarding this concern. We're not able to state specifically whether a merchant is fraudulent or not.
However, after a bit of research, I found the website you've posted does look like a fake of the actual merchant's site. I would not recommend making a purchase from that site. We've removed that URL from our forum for safety and security reasons.
