I live in The Peeople’s Republic of New York. They collect sales tax on online purchases now. But I just purchase a $100 item and was charged 15% sale tax. How? There is no where in NY where they collect 15% sales tax! How and why is PayPal charging me this much? I would like a breakdown and explanation please! Thanks!
