Paypal have requested I send a form named Substitute IRS form, I have tried to complete to the best of my ability and send it to them which has now been rejected, I have tried and tried to talk to someone on the telephone but they dont understand what I am saying about the company. In the UK we dont have business types what PayPal are requesting I tick, our operating company entity is a Limited Company which they dont give the option for..... i feel as the options they give are company entities in the US, im unable to tick any and unable to get answers from a member of staff on the phone..... anyone had this issue in the UK or elsewhere for that matter ?
