Right to be forgotten

Hi, need help.

We have someone who wants to be deleted.  In the transactions,  the line item can be archived. However, legally, this still keeps it live in ICO terms.

Then, reviewing our customers, I can see lists of transactions going back 5+ years.

How do other people deal with this?
