Request shipping refund

I'm not seeing the details of request refund for shipping. Help.

If you have activated the below link....

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/returns

then click on the transaction in your paypal account and the return shipping claim link is at the bottom of that details page.

Would an AD blocker keep it from showing up? There are no options within my Chrome browser on PayPal to request such info. Possible screen shot?
