Reports with balacne

Hello,

I have tried to generate reports for transactions going back several months and can do this however the balance after each transaction is not on the report, how do I generate reports that also include the balances please.

In either the Statements page or report page (business accounts), go to Activity Download, there is option to download the data to include with running balance (transaction type menu).

Hi, thank you sharpiemarker,

I have tried this however the report generated does not include the balance, it shows the transaction, the gross, the net the fee but no running balance.....??? I just called customer support and was told that this is not possible....can this be true? a report with no balance showing.....?

Any suggestions/help welcome.
