Reports - Activity Download

Hi All, 

Sorry if this has been brought up in the past.

I create my monthly reports:

Activity

Activity Download

All Transactions/Past Month/CSV

Create Report

All good but now the address is all one line and the state is not in its in it's own column. Just a CSV / XLS issue or is this a permanent change?
