Our charity is verified and enrolled with Paypal. We have a donation link and also recently took advantage of the offer to double the any donations received (up to 50k).
We received notification of paypal donations through our link (minus charges of course) but no notifications from the #GivingTuesday scheme although we know of a number of people who have donated.
Where has the money gone? Where can we find a report? The dashboard and help is useless when it comes to queries/questions .
