I am running a reconciliation of my paypal account on Quickbooks desktop version. I have not had this problem in the past. But in July payments were processed to my quickbooks but refunds were not. Refunds are also NOT showing up in the detail that links to Quickbooks.
Not sure where in Quickbooks paypal "pull" is set up.
