Recurring Payments Report

Hi there,

We have over 2,000 "Live" recurring payment profiles with PayPal.  Some are annual subscriptions and others are monthly.

I am looking for a report that will give me details (most notably the Profile ID) of all the live customers.  

I can download an "Activity Report" but that doesn't show me which customers have cancelled. 

And I can can go to Recurring Payments > File Status=active but that doesn't show me Profile IDs and it only shows me 25 results at a time.

Surely there must be a way of extracting from PayPal a report showing live subscribers?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I had the same issue!  Go to Reports>CustomerAgreements>Recurring Payments and you should be able to download active, inactive, etc. recurring customer payment info from there!
